This neighborhood retail center is located in the City of Ontario at Euclid and Philadelphia. It includes major retailers Fresh & Easy and Walgreens. Hall & Foreman's scope of services included final engineering, design and construction survey, preparation of the construction documents, providing construction support, and preparing the SWPPP and WQMP. To meet the drainage challenge caused by the site being located below street grade, Hall & Foreman recommended use of an underground detention system that cleans and stores stormwater.
