Hall & Foreman, Inc. provides engineering, surveying, and land planning solutions. Since 1961, we’ve helped Southern California grow by providing builders, developers, public agencies, municipalities, and school districts with solutions that produce successful, sustainable projects.

Our reputation and project portfolio are built on 50 years of delivering solutions. Through experience gained on past projects and relationships fostered with approving agencies, we deliver projects that meet defined goals. During a project, we use a heroic service communication approach that keeps clients apprised of progress being made. Your success is the focus of Hall & Foreman's Declaration. We strive to understand your project expectations and meet your project goals. To ensure the success of your project, we strive to provide the following six elements of service to you:

SCHEDULE
We establish a mutually agreed upon project schedule that identifies milestones for the deliverables and we provide status reports and schedule updates on a regular basis.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
We communicate with you based on your preferences and expectations.
We return phone calls and emails within four working hours.
We prepare and distribute minutes of project meetings.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Our project team members meet regularly to discuss project concerns, review project status, and communicate with each other to ensure your expectations and project goals are met.

QUALITY
Our internal QA/QC control process ensures accuracy of instruments of service.
Your project is reviewed by a senior staff member prior to each milestone submittal.

COMPLETENESS
We complete your project design prior to submitting the plans to the approving agency in order to minimize agency review and processing time periods.
We discuss with you any potential changes to the design that might impact plan submittal to the approving agency.

ADVOCACY
We provide you with recommendations, initiatives, tactics, and approaches to best represent your interests and ensure the success of your project.

A 50 Year Legacy of Building Southern California 

For over 50 years, Hall & Foreman has played a key role in Southern California’s development. Our talent is been showcased on numerous master planned residential communities, retail, commercial, and industrial sites. We have also worked with many municipalities including cities, public agencies, and with community college and school districts to provide infrastructure support and water quality management for modernization, rehabilitation, and capital improvement programs.
