- Group Medical Insurance
Your choice of two types of medical plans provides access to managed care and networks of physicians. - Group Dental Insurance
A PPO dental plan offers you the option of accessing in-network and out-of-network of dentists. - Group Vision Care (MES)
MES is a network of vision professionals who offer eye exams, glasses and contact lenses with in-network and out-of-network benefits. - Life Insurance
HFI provides 100% of your basic annual earnings in life insurance. Additional voluntary coverage is available. - Accidental Death & Dismemberment
HFI provides up to 100% of the AD&D benefit for loss of life or limb due to an accident. - Long-Term Disability
A monthly benefit of 66 2/3% of an eligible employees monthly earnings is available after a 90-day elimination period. - Flexible Spending Plan
This plan allows pre-tax payroll deductions to be used for dependent care, out of pocket medical, dental and vision expenses, and certain insurance premiums. - 401(k) Salary Savings Plan
You can elect to defer any portion of your salary up to the IRS maximum allowed on a pre-tax basis. - Paid Time Off (PTO)
HFI provides paid time off to be used for vacation, bereavement and sick time. - Paid Holidays
HFI provides eight paid holidays per year. This includes seven standard holidays and one “floating” holiday to be set at the beginning of each year by the Company. - Jury Duty Pay
HFI pays for five (5) days of jury duty service. - Continuing Education Reimbursement
To encourage continued professional and technical growth, we offer annual tuition reimbursement for pre-approved courses that are successfully completed. - Wellness Program Reimbursement
