Bass Pro Shops’ first store in California is located at the Victoria Gardens lifestyle center. It is a 182,000 plus square feet building that includes an indoor waterfall, two aquariums containing catfish, bass and perch, wildlife displays, a boat showcase, a shooting gallery, a race car simulation, and a full-serve restaurant.

Hall & Foreman provided services that included entitlements and preliminary and final engineering for the private and public improvements on this 18-acre retail site. The firm handled dry utility design and coordination, permit processing, construction staking and construction observation. Public improvements included street widening, storm drain mainline connection and water.
