Plaza Pacoima was designed with community sustainability in mind. This 28-acre commercial project is located on a former brownfield site. This LEED Gold Certified retail center includes 4,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space.

Hall & Foreman provided topographic and boundary surveys, subdivision mapping, tentative map preparation and processing and the preliminary and final engineering services. When it came to achieving LEED Core & Shell (CS) certification, our team led the effort as it related the Sustainable Site (SS) LEED components including one SS Prerequisite and on achieving at least four LEED credits.
