Hall & Foreman has been working with architects, school districts, colleges, and universities on educational projects for over 20 years. We are a regional professional consulting firm whose longevity and success is attributed to the ability to exceed client expectations. As advocates for clients, project success is dependent on the ability to advance the client’s cause through the governing jurisdiction. As such, our presence in the Southern California area over the past 50 years has fortified relationships with key agencies and staff members. Hall & Foreman serves K-12, community colleges, and universities. We understand that education projects require special management and communication skills in addition to the survey and civil engineering expertise necessary to bring the project online. Our role is to support the client, school district, college facility management, or complement the project architect to modernize existing facilities or design new campus facilities.
