Cerritos Community College Aquatics Complex

Hall & Foreman has been the on-call civil engineer and land surveyor for the modernization program at Cerritos Community College for the past six years. The team first established the property boundaries and aerial topographic map of the entire 100-acre campus as a starting base for future mapping. Then the team played an essential role to the architects by providing detailed supplemental survey and civil engineering design for specific projects, such as, the Math and Science Building, Parking Lot Rehabilitation Program, Ball Fields & Soccer Fields Renovation, ADA Compliance, Central Quad, Mini-Amphitheater, Aquatic Complex Remodeling, and renovation and rehabilitation of an interior loop and various parking lots. Hall & Foreman also developed the campus’s construction storm water prevention program.
