Hall & Foreman has provided a variety of civil engineering and survey services in support of the college’s comprehensive Educational and Facilities Master Plan. Specific engineering services include conceptual and precise grading plans, drainage plans, hydrology plans, street improvement plans, PS&E, ADA compliance, construction observation, topographic survey maps and DSA and city permit coordination. Surveying services performed include campus-wide surveying services, aerial photography, field research, topographic maps, and utility research and surveys.

The team’s projects include the Math/Science Building, Center For Innovation, Vocation Technology Building, Fine Arts Complex, Student Services, Library Resources Center expansion, athletic field and gym parking lot area, renovation of an interior loop, and various parking lots on campus, and a courtyard.
