Hall & Foreman has provided civil engineering and surveying services for numerous modernization projects on the Cypress College campus. The range of services includes precise grading plans, on-site water and sewer plans, construction administration, topographic survey, construction survey, and utility relocations for existing facilities, obtaining DSA approval, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). The firm has worked on the Library/Learning Resource Center, Piazza concrete walkway infrastructure, School of Continued Education, Tech II Building Remodel, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
