Hall & Foreman performed design survey, civil engineering, and water quality services for the Operations Center on the Norco campus. The surveying services ranged from a supplemental detailed design survey to accompany the existing aerial topography to a detailed field survey to identify all above-ground utilities, invert elevations of wet utilities, existing ground elevations and an ADA compliancy survey.  The scope of engineering services included feasibility studies & cost estimates, preliminary grading design alternatives, specifications, precise grading & drainage design, sewer & water design, an above-ground water quality detention basin, and ADA path of travel.
