Santa Margarita Catholic High School Athletic Building

Hall & Foreman provided grading, drainage, sewer, and water designs, SWPPP and WQMP updates, and a topographic survey for an Athletic Building, an Academic Building, and a Storage Facility. The Storage Facility Building was designed to be constructed into the slope adjacent to the track and football field area, but later incorporated into the Athletic Building. The Athletic Building is a three-story building designed with one story built into a hillside with multiple floor elevations joining existing grades. It has received Silver LEED certification. The Academic Building, a two-story building in the design phase, is also targeting LEED certification.
