South Region Elementary School (SRES) #10

Hall & Foreman is providing project management and oversight for the onsite and offsite improvements to support the construction of this new elementary school. The project scope includes planning, design, surveying, and construction of a new elementary school in the County of Los Angeles. Improvements include street improvements, onsite grading and drainage, water, and storm drain. The completed facilities will consist of two story classrooms, a library, a multi-purpose building, service area, and an administration office. Outdoor facilities include a play area featuring basketball and volleyball courts, and a faculty parking lot and student drop off area.  This project falls under the CHPS program (Collaborative for High Performance Schools). The mission of CHPS is to facilitate the design of high performance schools by creating environments that are not only energy and resource efficient, but also healthy, comfortable, well lit, and contain the amenities needed for a quality education.
