This is a 1.1 acre urban infill project that consists of 210 residential units and over 7,750 square feet of retail commercial space within seven stories including an additional three levels of subterranean parking. HFI provided preliminary and final engineering, including street widening improvement plans on Bixel & Wilshire and the creation of a new driveway entrance on Wilshire that lowers the existing parking entrance to the adjacent building to a lower level.
The June 9, 2011, ground-breaking marked the most significant residential development to break ground in Downtown LA's City West neighborhood.
