Astani Enterprises set forth to convert an existing impervious parking lot into a 629 joint/work condominium unit, 27,000 square foot retail, and parking garage development. This development includes the construction of two high rise towers, one loft building, a four story parking garage, and various landscaping and walkways.

Hall & Foreman provided designed for a rough grading plan incorporating 4 stories of shoring, a storm drainage system, a sewer and water system connection plan, and a street improvement plan involving driveway cuts, sidewalk repairs, street culture adjustment, ramp construction, and widening of city streets. The team also designed a street light relocation plan and a signage and striping plan for the widening of city streets. Additionally, the team ensured project compliance with the NPDES Permit, including the design and development of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and a Standard Urban Stormwater Management Plan.
