Hollywood Park Redevelopment

Hollywood Park is currently the largest redevelopment project occurring in Los Angeles County. Hall & Foreman is providing engineering and surveying services for the approximately 238 acre site. Planned is a mixed use development project that will replace an existing equestrian park and gaming center. Infrastructure improvements include street widening and striping/ signing for two arterials, off-site public storm drain improvement, and lateral extension. The team also coordinated with many public and private entities, including Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Regional and State Water Quality Control Boards, and the City.
