Hall & Foreman’s public works division provides a full complement of municipal engineering, surveying, and GIS services to agencies and developers. The public works division has catered to public and private sector clients on a project-specific and an on-call basis for 50 years. The firm knows public works. It was founded by engineering and surveying professionals from the public sector. Today, former public sector officials continue to serve on the team.
