RESIDENTIAL/LAND DEVELOPMENT

Hall & Foreman has played a major role in the growth of Southern California. Since 1961, we have planned, surveyed, and engineered projects involving several hundred thousand homes in communities throughout the region. Clients include many of the premiere builders and developers in the industry. Projects range from large scale master planned communities and infill subdivisions to high-density apartment and condominium complexes.

We have developed a reputation for providing creative and cost-effective solutions to challenging development issues. In addition, we have established a particular expertise in hillside grading, as evidenced by landmark hillside grading projects such as Covenant Hills in Ladera Ranch, Bixby Ridge in Signal Hill, Marr Ranch in Simi Valley and Meridian Hills in Moorpark.

Our goal is to maximize the value of our client’s real estate assets. From our offices strategically located throughout Southern California, our team provides technical staffing coupled with hands-on, proactive project management. We assist clients with due diligence, concept studies, entitlements, mapping, engineering, and construction survey services.
