Marr Ranch

Hall & Foreman provided the planning, entitlement, grading and infrastructure design on the prestigious Marr Ranch project. The project included 225 hillside residential lots. Our team’s engineering services included hydrology, hydraulics, subdivision mapping, sewer, water, streets and a major detention basin. The project entailed 2.5 million cubic yards of rough grading.

Additionally, support of two on-site existing water storage tanks required the design of a new pump station and the modification of an existing City station.

Hall & Foreman also provided extensive surveying services that included all of the boundary and topographic mapping survey services needed for planning and preparation of the tentative map and related studies. Our efforts included preparation of the final subdivision maps, extensive legal descriptions, grant deeds, related entitlement documents, full service construction surveying of the project’s infrastructure, and the setting of final monuments and centerline/intersection ties.
