Palmdale Airport Parcel Map

Hall & Foreman is providing coordination, surveying, and mapping services to facilitate the finalization of a parcel map at the Palmdale Airport under authority of the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). This is our firm's largest Parcel Map project to date and one of the largest ever processed by the County of Los Angeles. The purpose of the map is to consolidate approximately 2,000 existing taxable lots into 54 industrial-agricultural lots on a 17,470-acre site.

The project required a record of survey to establish the boundaries of the parcels, review and plotting of a substantial number of easements, and the creation of the recordable Parcel Map document. Our team works closely with LAWA, the County of Los Angeles, the City of Palmdale, the title company, and Palmdale Airport personnel to assure strong team communication.
