Intersection Improvements on Santa Anita Avenue

This project required the improvement and widening of three intersections along Santa Anita Avenue through the City of Arcadia. Various project tasks included the evaluation of traffic operations levels of service and the preparation of intersection conceptual designs required for the improvements to the traffic at each intersection. Design improvements included modification of existing street drainage facilities, permit processing through Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD), design of raised landscape medians, traffic signal improvements, and right-of-way engineering.
