LEED Administration
Our project experience includes industrial, commercial, educational, public works agency buildings, and mixed-use sites targeted for Silver and Gold certifications. We understand that the intent of the LEED program is to have all the disciplines involved in a project work together to design and create a project that is sustainable while minimizing environmental impacts. As a result, HFI is experienced in collaborating with the entire team to achieve the project’s targeted certification.
Some of our LEED projects include redevelopment, demolition, new construction, and brownfield sites. Hall & Foreman has led the effort to meet prerequisites and credits related to civil engineering, while guiding achievement for those shared credits of the other disciplines on the project team. Experience in this dual role allows us to keep the team on track to produce a project that maximizes operating efficiencies, minimizes impacts to the environment, and earns the targeted certification.
