This set of high-maintenance relief stormwater improvement projects resolves drainage issues at multiple problem areas. The areas were subject to drainage failures caused by excess sheet flow runoff and debris blockage. The design solutions were specific for each area and generally include redesigning catch basins, adding service laterals, reconstructing curb and gutter, adding additional inlets to intercept the upstream flow and installing debris basins. Hall & Foreman handled agency coordination with Caltrans and the Ventura County Watershed Protection District.
