Ladera Ranch Master Planned Community Stormwater System

Hall & Foreman was among a consortium of engineers involved in the design and construction of the innovative storm water system that serves the master planned community of Ladera Ranch. For this project, the owner established goals that included open space preservation, thoughtful land management, responsible development, and community service. The result was an integrated flood control and water quality system to support the development of approximately 8,000 homes, several shopping centers, an urban activities center, three elementary schools, a middle school, and numerous parks and recreational areas. more »
